I feel boring.
Although I did not finish the book in time, I got to see the movie last night and I absolutely loved it! Baz Luhrmann is incredible and he also did two of my favorite movies. I think I just loved basically everything about the movie, Carey Mulligan was perfect, she always is! Even if you haven’t read the book I suggest this movie, it only makes me more motivated to finish the book now.
I am seeing The Great Gatsby tomorrow, I did not finish the book and I will kick myself in the butt for that but I am making a promise to myself I will finish the book after the movie, that way I can play it out in my head using those actors as I read the book. Plus I really just want to read it in general. DON’T DOUBT ME.
